Return Policy

At ACERO, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to assist you.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hi@wearacero.com to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive your item, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

 

Shipping

You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
